Terms and Conditions 4d98 – Malaysia Platform Rules & Policy

1 Account Eligibility

To register and use the platform 4d98, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This platform is exclusively for adults.
• Citizen or resident: You must be an individual accessing the platform from a region where the use of online betting services is permitted.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Registration by legally incapacitated individuals is void.
• One account per individual: Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email, or payment information is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

4 Bonus & Promotions

• Welcome bonus: Claimable once only per new user. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once using different accounts will result in all accounts involved being permanently suspended.
• Rollover requirement: Each bonus has its own rollover requirement (typically between 5x and 20x) that must be met before withdrawals from the bonus balance are permitted.
• Validity period: Unused bonuses within the specified period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

• Bet cancellation: 4d98 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on false information, odds displayed unintentionally due to a technical error, or in circumstances where the integrity of the relevant event is called into question.

• Colluding with other users to manipulate bets or game outcomes (collusion)

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. 4d98 recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong password (combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and never share it with anyone
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of account protection
• Do not log in to your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices

8 Account Termination & Suspension

• Failure to meet KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe
• Request from relevant authorities for legal reasons
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If your account is terminated for valid reasons, 4d98 will process the withdrawal of eligible balances upon completion of the investigation, within 30 business days. Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team.

9 Responsible Gaming
